Wheat Sprout: Wheat Sprout is also know as Triticum. The English translation is “floating little wheat”.
Wheat Sprout helps to stop the two types of spontaneous oversweating: (1) due to a general low energy, so during the day the body easily sweats or oversweats with exertion; (2) or night sweats due to yin deficiency, which causes waves of internal heat to rise in the upper body.
Wheat Sprout nourishes the heart and calms the spirit. It is very useful for palpitations and insomnia, as well as irritability, emotional instability, and disorientation associated with Zang Zao syndrome (someone who easily loses emotional stability).
