The antioxidants in cranberry, proanthocyanidins, have demonstrated the ability to inhibit infection causing bacteria from sticking to the lining of the bladder and urethra. If bacteria can't stick, they are less likely to trigger an infection.

The simplest method of taking Cranberry is in capsule form. Juice is either sweetened, which weakens the immune system, or it's too tart. Our product is a full spectrum extract of cranberry juice. As a traditional beverage and a food, the safety of cranberry is well established. There are no know adverse effects at supplement level doses. Too much juice (3-4 quarts a day)can create diarrhea or mild gastrointestinal upset.

Recommended dosage is two or three capsules per day (400 mg per capsule).
